We offer an 8-treatment 4-week acupuncture course for your quickest recovery. This program works well for clients who can commit to 2 weekly treatments for 4 consecutive weeks.

Chinese medicine has cumulative benefits. If you are working on resolving a chronic condition and you can't make it to treatments more than once per week, we offer flexible schedule treatment programs at discounted rates ($85-$105 per session), which include acupuncture treatments, moxa, gua sha, cupping, 15 min. massage in case of pain, herbal consultations, diet plans, email and phone support as needed. Chinese herbs help with dermatological conditions, infections, cold and flu, diabetes, high blood pressure, digestive disorders to name a few. Our clients have a choice of raw herbs- a gold standard of Chinese medicine, and capsules, which are easier to handle.

Therapy includes a 30 min. in-person or phone consultation, evaluation, Chinese medical diagnosis, and herbal formula composition for 6 weeks. We work with a respected Chinese herbal pharmacy. 

This is a single acupuncture treatment. Many acute types of pain like headaches, migraines, wrist pain can be resolved in one or two treatments. The results depend on how long you've been suffering from pain, your age and overall health.

Initial visit is 1.5 hrs. long and follow-ups are 1 hr.

Cupping therapy involves putting special cups on the skin to create suction. The purpose of cupping is to help with pain, inflammation, improve blood flow to the targeted area, promote toxin removal, decrease fluid build-up and retention. 

Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy in which a dried plant is burnt on an acupuncture needle or near the surface of skin. The intention is to warm and invigorate the blood flow in order to dispel pathogenic influences. It’s a very relaxing procedure and is often used to address common cold, digestive issues, back and neck pain, menstrual irregularities, and other hormonal issues. 

A 3 month program of weekly acupuncture treatments requires your commitment of 3 menstrual cycles and it is aimed at regulating your cycle, strengthening immune system, enhancing the quality of the eggs, promoting weight loss, managing the symptoms of endometriosis, improving sleep and reducing stress.

A 3 month program of weekly acupuncture treatments for both partners; aimed at improving sperm production and motility in men and includes the benefits of "Preparing to conceive" program.

A 9 month pregnancy support acupuncture program of monthly treatments helping to reduce nausea, headaches, low back pain, mood swings, painful swollen feet and other discomforts. 

A series of 3 gentle labour inducing acupuncture treatments right before the due date. 

A 3 month postpartum care program of weekly acupuncture treatments to prevent hair loss, have radiant skin, increase energy, improve sleep, lose baby weight safely, keep anxiety away, and renew sexual desire.

A 3 step therapeutic acupuncture program consisting of detox, weight loss and healthy eating habit development and support treatments.

The treatment involves drawing a few drops of blood from peripheral blood vessels using a three-edged needle. In a single session a number of vessels in the same anatomical area are bled. This procedure releases the stagnant blood along with the pathogenic factor.
