Acupuncture is now an essential service in New York State.
We are grateful to be able to provide telemedicine as well as in-clinic acupuncture treatments.
We have given much thought to how to keep our clinic safe for our patients.
We schedule one patient every 45-minutes to avoid any congestion in our reception area. We kindly ask you to observe the following protocol:
-Arrive not earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment;
-Come alone unless a caregiver is necessary;
-Wear a face mask;
-Wear loose-fitting clothes to minimize the need to change into a medical gown;
-If you are a new patient, please complete the Forms at home and bring them with you for your first visit;
-We’ll continue providing virtual herbal consultations to reduce in-clinic traffic;
-If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, or loss of smell or taste, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment.
-If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, please wait 14 days or receive a negative test before coming.
